Betty (Cox) Cronin is the Operations Manager for the Pediatric Health Network (PHN), overseeing network governance and operations. Betty liaises with the PHN Board of Directors, supports strategic planning initiatives, and provides oversight for project tracking and financial management.
She has nearly a decade of experience in program management, communications, and organizational development. Before joining PHN, Betty was a Program Officer in the health systems group at Results for Development Institute (R4D), a DC-based nonprofit organization. In that role, she managed global programs for the U.S. Agency for International Development’s Maternal and Child Survival Program and oversaw a pilot of primary care provider networks in Ghana. Prior to R4D, Betty worked in executive communications and public relations for international corporations, including Novartis and MetLife Insurance.
Betty holds a B.A. from Princeton University and an M.A. in development economics, with a focus on health systems, from Tufts University.
