CareFirst Contract Members: Please Complete Your DEI Attestation

For practices participating in PHN’s CareFirst contract: Each calendar year, providers are required to complete one hour of training on equity and inclusion. For those who attended last January’s Business of Pediatrics (BOP) in person, you have completed the requirement, and no further action is needed! For those who did not attend, Diana Codispoti’s presentation from BOP, “Disability and Caregivers in the Workplace,” fulfills the requirement and is available to watch here. If you watch Diana Codispoti’s presentation or another that addresses equity and inclusion, please fill out this brief form, and PHN will report to CareFirst in December.
