Doctor’s Note: July Newsletter Introduction from Dr. Eduardo Fox

Greetings!

Hope you all are having a nice summer so far. Thank you to all who attended the remarkable (and 24^th) Future of Pediatrics (FOP) 2023 last month. Focusing on the impact and management of pediatric obesity certainly showcased the power of collaboration and commitment in advancing the field of pediatrics. Your presence played an integral role in making FOP an immense success.

The conference provides a wonderful opportunity for us to gather as a pediatric community to exchange knowledge, share experiences, and explore innovative approaches to enhance pediatric care. Beyond the educational opportunities, it was great fun to connect and spend time with colleagues and friends. In case you missed FOP or would like to take a look back, you can find the materials on our website here.  I would also like to extend a special appreciation to the organizing committee and all those involved in making this event a success.

Moving forward, I hope we feel equipped with newfound knowledge and inspired by a shared vision to implement guidelines and expand options for our patients.  Look out for further communication and efforts by our network to support these efforts.  Our goal continues to be to transform insights and connections into tangible improvements- positively impacting the health and lives of our patients and families.
