How is the Pediatric Health Network structured from a governance perspective?

The Pediatric Health Network is governed by a physician-led Board of Directors, which is comprised of independent and Children’s National Hospital providers within the community. There are four committees that report to the Board – Quality Improvement, Network Management, Information Technology and Finance.  These committees also have membership by both Children’s National and independent providers.
