Planning for school year 2021-22 is underway at school districts around the DMV, including updating COVID-19 health and safety protocols and distance (virtual) learning policies. Fairfax and DC School Districts will require documentation from a licensed healthcare provider to allow distance learning in 2021. While other school districts don’t currently have that requirement, many parents will seek advice about school reopening.
