What are the goals of the Practice Administrators Group?
Information sharing and collaboration among healthcare practice administrators are the cornerstones of PAG. Hosted by Children’s National Hospital, PAG serves as a forum where administrators can learn from peers, access subject-matter experts and discuss practical strategies for improving workflow, staffing, billing, access and the patient-family experience.
PAG sessions feature timely presentations on topics such as:
- Regulatory and payer updates
- Operational best practices
- Technology and electronic health record (EHR) optimization
- Revenue cycle, coding and billing
- Practice management challenges and innovations
- Children’s National specialty care updates and referral processes
When does the Practice Administrators Group meet?
PAG offers monthly virtual Coffee & Conversation meetings for open discussion, practical problem-solving and real-time updates. Coffee & Conversation is held at 8 a.m. on the last Tuesday of each month. Sign up to attend via our form here.
In addition, we host annual in-person meetings featuring guest speakers, hands-on learning opportunities and roundtable discussions where administrators can share real-world insights and best practices. These sessions are open to administrators from both independent practices and larger pediatric groups.
