What Has Happened So Far?
In January, we launched the network-wide virtual asthma quality program to leverage data and improve health outcomes. Together we aim to increase value and improve satisfaction for your patients and your practice team.
We held our first educational webinar on January 12. Data champions attended the inaugural data champions meeting and began meeting with their practice teams to select their practice’s project measures.
Catch Up in 3 Easy Steps
Step 1. If you haven’t already, it’s time to take the next step — designate a member of your practice to act as your data champion (if possible, a non-clinical member).
Step 2. Next, mark these important dates in your calendar:

- 2/28 – Identification of Data Champion deadline
