Carmen Crespo, M.Ed., RN-BC

BIOGRAPHY

Carmen Crespo, M.Ed., BSN, RN-BC, joined the Pediatric Health Network in March 2021 as the Lead Application Architect.  She has over 25 years of information technology experience. As the Application Architect, Carmen supports the operational activities of the population health platform in support of the Pediatrics Health Network’s value-based initiatives.

Prior to joining the Pediatric Health Network, Carmen was with Inova Health System for over 2 decades in various Information Technology roles.  Most recently she was the Clinical Data Integration Analyst for Signature Partners, a Clinically Integrated Network in Northern Virginia, and managed clinical data integration from disparate EMRs, payers, and other sources into the clinically integrated network’s (CIN) health population management system.

Carmen is a Certified Informatics Nurse, received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Puerto Rico and a Master of Education with a concentration in Instructional Design and Development from George Mason University.
