Population Health Registries

Population health registries are a collection of information about individuals that share certain characteristics, usually a specific diagnosis or chronic condition. The patient health data within the registry is used to evaluate specific outcomes for the patient population.

By leveraging health registries that include essential clinical and financial data from across the continuum of care, our network strives to advance the care and practice of pediatric health practices, lower costs and improve pediatric population health outcomes.

Children’s National utilizes HealtheIntent, Cerner’s population health platform, to aggregate, analyze and visualize data in order to identify gaps in care and opportunities to improve health outcomes. Every year, we target specific quality outcomes across different population health registries. Pediatric health registries include Child Wellness and Adolescent Care.

To access these registries you must be a member. For more information, please contact us.
