CareFirst Contract Members: Complete Your Annual Health Equity Training by December 1

It is time to certify you have completed your annual health equity training as accepted by CareFirst. As part of our contract with CareFirst, each provider in your practice is required to complete an annual health equity training by December 1, 2022.
It is time to certify you have completed your annual health equity training as accepted by CareFirst! As part of our contract with CareFirst, each provider in your practice is required to complete an annual health equity training by December 1, 2022. We have provided a list of training and presentations that qualify available to watch asynchronously.
Each practice must provide documentation to certify that ALL providers at the practice watched or participated in one of the listed sessions. We have provided an online survey with the information required:
- Practice name
- Survey submitter’s name
- Tax ID
- Number of providers in practice
- Name of provider and name of session
- Date training was attended/viewed asynchronously
The documentation certifying on behalf of ALL providers at your practice is due December 1, 2022. Please contact us at PHN@childrensnational.org with questions.
